In our group we have 80 injection machines with a clamping closure ranging from 50 to 2000 Tons. A part of the moulding area is dedicates only to a bi-injection. Each press is equipped with a rapid mould change system, bi-screws, for over-injection, air-moulding systems and axial manipulators to remove the components from the machines


The Auxiliary Processing:
The area disposes of polyurethane foaming plants, for the production of worktops for washing machines, dishwasher and refrigerators, high definition screen-printing and tampo-printing machines, ultrasonic welding and assembly lines able to mount complex products which are then forwarded world wide.


Screen printing and tampo-printing:
In this department we have machines disegned using our know-how to meet our specific requirements. Thanks to our tampo-printing machines we are able to realize even 10-colour artworks.


The Assembly Department:
We have an automatic line for the assembly and sealing with bi-component polyurethane foams of worktops for refrigerators, dishwashers and washing machines. This production satisfies the needs of our most demanding European customers. Moreover, we dispose of packing lines and assembly to satisfy any need.


On our laboratories we are also equipped with the following machines:

• A fully motorized three dimensional "DEA" measuring device to obtain capability estimates and for initial testing;
  
• "NIKON" profile projectors;
  
• Hardness measuring devices "SHORE A" to define the strength of finished products, and equipment to measure the elasticity of polyurethane products;
  
• Spectrophotometers "MINOLTA" for colour measurement;
  
• Gloss meters "NOSELAB" for brightness measurement;
  
• Micrometer "BORLETTI" for precision measurement.
